AntiTermPro software installation guide

System requirements

Our latest AntiTermPro software is designed to run on all PCs running Microsoft Windows 7 (SP1) and above. The software does not need any specific graphics card options or any significant system resources (e.g. disk drive space or system memory).

All that is required is to have at least one RS232 serial port connection available on your system to connect to your AntiLog or AntiLogPro units. The serial port can be a standard one fitted to some desktop PCs, or better still, from a dedicated USB to RS232 serial port adapter which generally offer far superior performance.

Your PC must have a live Internet connection if you wish to take advantage of very simple to perform product firmware upgrades and live access to the very latest product documentation and user guides.

AntiTermPro is currently at V4.1c and runs on the following Microsoft Windows operating systems:-

  • Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed (32/64 bit)
  • Windows 10 (32/64 bit)
  • Windows 11 (32/64 bit)
Notes:
[1] The software may run well on Windows 8 operating system builds but Anticyclone Systems Ltd have not run full compatibility tests on Windows 8 PCs running AntiTermPro.
[2] Windows 7 installations with Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed should contain the required .NET framework version for AntiTermPro to run (version 4.8 or later). You may be prompted to install this framework during installation or when you first try to run the program if this is not present.
